1. Return Window

Customers can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date of package delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accommodated.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all brand tags intact.
• Electronics must include original charging cables, manuals, and warranty documentation.
• Personal care & beauty serums are returnable only in sealed, unopened packaging due to hygiene regulations.

3. Return Pickup Process

Once a return request is approved in the customer account, our courier executive will arrive at your address within 48-72 hours to pick up the item. Ensure the package is safely repacked.
