1. Refund Method

Refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source:

• Prepaid (Razorpay / UPI / Card / NetBanking): Credited to the original source bank/card within 5-7 working days of returned item inspection.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Credited via instant UPI or NEFT transfer after verified bank details are confirmed.

2. Order Cancellations

If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, 100% of the paid amount is automatically initiated for instant refund via Razorpay.
